Dear Member:

 

On behalf of the Lexington Court Townhome Owners Association, let us welcome you to the community. We hope you find Lexington Court a warm, friendly and safe place to live. Below is some important information about your neighborhood association.

 

The Association’s day to day activities are administered by Association Management Services.

 

If you would like to make a structural change to your unit please refer to the associations (Deeds and Restrictions) and sub,it plans to the Board for review and approval. These activities require approval by the Board of Directors prior to commencement.

 

The Association’s activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed to each unit in the community. These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the Association. 

 

Any payments made by checks or Money Orders need to be made payable to Lexington Court Townhome Association and mailed to Association Management Services, P.O. Box 23853 Lexington, KY 40523. 

 

We look forward to your involvement in your community and in your Association. Please take a few moments to complete the owners registration form and ACH form located on the documents tab if you would like to sign up for auto pay. We will also need a copy of your homeowners insurance policy. We ask that you also take a moment and sign up for the associations Reach Alert notification system at www.reachalert.com. The following form provides additional information regarding the free service,
